Welcome to J Polley Visuals. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within 1–21 business days via a private online gallery, unless an expedited delivery is discussed.
Final images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, suitable for printing and digital use.

4. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal use rights for delivered images (including printing and posting on social media).
J Polley Visuals retains copyright ownership of all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Image Editing & Retouching

Standard retouching is included (e.g., color correction, light skin smoothing).
Extensive retouching (e.g., body reshaping, object removal) may be available for an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared (with outfits, hair/makeup, props, etc.).
For on-location shoots, clients should confirm any required permissions or access.

7. Liability

J Polley Visuals is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss occurring during a photoshoot.
In the rare event of equipment failure or emergencies that prevent image delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made.
