My journey into photography began out of pure curiosity when I signed up for an introductory course during my sophomore year of high school. That class opened my eyes to how photography can completely shift based on the subject, setting, and story you’re trying to tell. Since then, I’ve explored various styles from travel and landscape shots to studio and event photography, but after much experimentation, I found that I love capturing personal, human moments.
Today, I specialize in personal and business portraits, graduation shoots, and event coverage. I focus on capturing both timeless shots and creative, social-media-worthy images that reflect your personality to a tee. My personal favorite creative flair recently has been using a flash when in natural light for some fun less serious shots that make a perfect social media post.
While I am experienced in both natural light and artificial light, recently I have leaned towards natural light for its authenticity and challenge. There is definitely an art to using the sun effectively, and I’ve spent years honing that skill with friends, family, and street photography experience to deliver lighting that feels organic and unmatched.
